The registration begins! We are now in the process of transitioning to an all-digital registration and fast check-in.
The program is managed by Three Square, and it will be a requirement to register to participate in the food assistance program.
We have been receiving questions about the new process and as well have had some guests that do not have a smart phone or a computer. Guests who fall into this situation we do ask a friend, or family member would be able to assist you with use of a device. For people who do not have any way to register, we will have a volunteer who will be able to manually register you onsite. Please arrive early if you need manual registration. You will need to have your identification, family size by age, and a few other questions.
Once your registered online, starting 7/10/2021, we will be issuing key tags that you will use to check-in for your box. The process after receiving your tag is as follows:
Please come up to the front of the church to recieve your key tag. There will be two stations to issue tags. Just park in a space and when done jump back in the line. If you are there before opening, this is the perfect time to receive your tag.
You will each week be greeted by a volunteer and at this time you will present your tag with the barcode facing the volunteer. He or she will scan the code and that is all. If there are others in the vehicle that have a tag too, they must present their tags as well to be scanned. Each tag must be with the holder to receive a box. YOU CAN NOT HAVE TWO TAGS TO GET YOURS AND SOMEONE ELSES BOX IF THEY ARE NOT PRESENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you lose your tag, you will need to bring your ID to receive a new tag. The old tag will be deleted from the system and will no longer work.

The digital check-in process will start 9/4/2021 which at that time we will be scanning our guests tag. Anyone that has not registered will have the opportunity to register before they get to the back of the church by using their mobile phone to register onsite. We will still have our kiosks at the front of the church which anyone who needs assistance can come up to the front between 5AM – 7AM to receive their tags and get assistance.

Making ends meet is hard for all. If you are in need of food please do come. Remember that at 9AM we stop the line. If you are in the line before 8:45 AM, you will get a box.
Please do not drive and park and go up to the walk up door. Security will ask you to get in line. If you have a issue with the vehical and you drive to the pantry, you will still need to go through the drive through. This is to make it fair to all guests. Its no different then jumping the line. If you go throught the drive through, you will get more food there then the walk up door.
Please respect the street exit and entry ways to others homes. Also please keep the bus stop area clear with space for the bus to stop and drop or pick up passangers. We received information from Metro that we ask our guests to keep that area clear.

For the ones that come week after week, you are ANGELS among us. We would love to have more ANGELS join our pantry family.
Keep in mind that with all the improvements, comes with more work and more needs for volunteers throughout the week and on Saturdays. Our volunteers are offered the opportunity to shop and take a box with them once a week. We know that not all people can make it on pantry Saturday, that is why some come and volunteer during the week and at that time they are able to receive a box.

In 2020, TCMI Pantry was able to fill home pantry’s of 175,000 people over the year. That is up by 30,000 people.
We are accepting private donations. Please click below for cash Donations. Food donations are accepted Thursdays & Fridays 9:00 Am to 12:00 Pm. Pull through the east side rear gate and anyone will be able to direct you in the right direction. Thank You!

TCMI leadership have decided to make all of our new and existing volunteers, Volunteers of the month. Our volunteers have come in droves and we thank you! Its hard to come on a regualr basis for some but we all have lives. If one hour is all that they can give, thats great. It all adds up and make TCMI Pantry what it is today.
This is the schedule of our volunteers and it shows. We average 16 volunteers each day and on Saturday it can hit as much as 60. Thats 120 volunteers each week. Some come only one day a week, some come multiple times a week and some as we call it, LIVE AT THE CHURCH. This adds up to 5,280 hours a week to serve our community.
Thats a lot of work and alot of love for the community. TCMI Leaders would like to Thank every one of our volunteers hard work and love for their fellow community. Without you, we would not be able to make our pantry grow and serve.
