News Events Announcements
*****There has been some confusion on how often you can recieve a box from the Three Square Program here in Clark County. Each adult person can receive one box of food per household per week. ID is required and we will ask to see it.
Also the guests that do not pre-register prior to getting in line that filled out the paper short form, the digital release of Information (ROI) is now added to the THREE SQUARE FAST CHECK-IN REGISTRATION link above for your prior review before signing the short form. Your check-in volunteer will direct you where it is located online to every guest that receives this form.*****
The registration begins! We are now in the process of transitioning to an all-digital registration and fast check-in.
The program is managed by Three Square, and it will be a requirement to register to participate in the food assistance program.
The process after receiving your barcode is as follows:
You will each week be greeted by a volunteer and at this time you will present your tag or on your phone, with the barcode facing the volunteer. He or she will scan the code and that is all. If there are others in the vehicle that have a tag too, they must present their tags as well to be scanned. Each tag must be with the holder to receive a box. YOU CAN NOT HAVE TWO TAGS TO GET YOURS AND SOMEONE ELSES BOX IF THEY ARE NOT PRESENT. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you lose your tag, you will need to bring your ID to receive a new tag, or you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and send a pic of your ID and if there is an existing email listed, we can email you a digital tag which you can print or show on the phone screen when at the pantry. We can not change the email to send the digital tag. Your other option will be to come onsite and show the ID in person. Then we can issue a new tag and change email. The old tag will be deleted from the system and will no longer work.
To register, please click the link at the top of the page THREE SQUARE FAST CHECK-IN REGISTRATION
Starting Janurary 1 2022, TCMI Pantry will require all guests to have completed the digital registration and have a digital or a physical barcode tag to receive food from the TCMI Pantry Location. If you are one of these guests with no barcode, volunteers will have you fill out a form and we will generate an account for you. We will then email you a digital tag. You must show ID on first visit to match up account prior to signatures. YOU MUST have ID to verify.
Making ends meet is hard for all. If you are in need of food please do come. Remember that at 8:45AM we stop the line. If you are in the line before 8:45 AM, you will get a box. If you come after 8:45. we can not allow more vehicals in to the line.
Please do not drive and park and go up to the walk up door. Security will ask you to get in line. If you have a issue with the vehical and you drive to the pantry, you will still need to go through the drive through. Make sure you have enough fuel. This is to make it fair to all guests. Its no different then jumping the line. If you go throught the drive through, you will get more food there then the walk up door. Give it a try and find out for yourself!!!!!!
Please respect the street exit and entry ways to others homes and businesses. Also please keep the bus stop area clear with space for the bus to stop and drop or pick up passangers. We received information from Metro that we ask our guests to keep that area clear.

TCMI leadership have decided to make all of our new and existing volunteers, Volunteers of the month. Our volunteers have come in droves and we thank you! Its hard to come on a regualr basis for some but we all have lives. If one hour is all that they can give, thats great. It all adds up and make TCMI Pantry what it is today.
This is the schedule of our volunteers and it shows. We average 16 volunteers each day and on Saturday it can hit as much as 60. Thats 120 volunteers each week. Some come only one day a week, some come multiple times a week and some as we call it, LIVE AT THE CHURCH. This adds up to 5,280 hours a week to serve our community.
Thats a lot of work and alot of love for the community. TCMI Leaders would like to Thank every one of our volunteers hard work and love for their fellow community. Without you, we would not be able to make our pantry grow and serve.
Big hearts and helping hands
