Starting 7.3.2020, The TCMI Pantry will be implementing the new ID check in process and registration.
This new system has been in the works since May of 2019 with the support and guidance of the Three Square organization and various supporters. The system allow seamless communication from our guests to TCMI and to Three Square. This allows TCMI to auto submit our guests needs and visits to pantries across Clark County.
During the registration process, the volunteer will ask for you name, address, phone, email, the size of family by age, if you get public assistance and that’s it. We also now have the self registration, which we had a hickup and it would not allow the guest scan the code. We will never ask again for you to fill out any paperwork, or ask these questions. If any of your personal detail do change, IE family size, address, phone; you can always inform you volunteer of these changes and they can do it on the spot.
We are requiring a ID, Passport, or Drivers license if you are to visit the pantry. If you have any questions, feel free to ask you volunteer or email info@tcmipantry.org.
