Starting 7.10.2020, The TCMI Pantry will be implementing the new ID check in process and registration.
This new system has been in the works since May of 2019 with the support and guidance of the Three Square organization and various supporters. The system allow seamless communication from our guests to TCMI and to Three Square. This allows TCMI to auto submit our guests needs and visits to pantries across Clark County.
During the registration process, the volunteer will ask for you name, address, phone, email, the size of family by age, if you get public assistance and that’s it. We also now have the self registration, which we had a hickup and it would not allow the guest scan the code. We will never ask again for you to fill out any paperwork, or ask these questions. If any of your personal detail do change, IE family size, address, phone; you can always inform you volunteer of these changes and they can do it on the spot.
We are requiring a ID, Passport, or Drivers license if you are to visit the pantry.
The digital check-in process will start 9/4/2021 which at that time we will be scanning our guests tag. Anyone that has not registered will have the opportunity to register before they get to the back of the church by using their mobile phone to register onsite. We will still have our kiosks at the front of the church which anyone who needs assistance can come up to the front between 5AM – 6AM to receive their tags and get assistance.
We new hours to extend the ones that can not get there early. Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM you can come meet to the rear of the building. Monday and Tuesdays use the west side of church gate. Wednesday Thursday and Friday you can use the East side gate.
